Who actually carries my parcel?

A verified delivery or courier expert who has published the route they are driving. Nobody carries ride-along cargo without first passing the same checks as every other professional on Transport Domus.

Why is it cheaper than a normal delivery?

Because nobody makes the journey for you. The driver is going anyway; your parcel adds a stop, and the price covers that stop rather than the whole trip.

When will it be picked up?

You choose the day. Drivers whose trip falls on that day will see your request and offer — so a flexible day usually finds more drivers, and a cheaper price, than a fixed one.

Do I need a photograph?

Yes, one at least. The driver decides from the picture whether your parcel fits in what is left of their van, and a weight alone does not answer that.

What if nobody is driving my way?

Then no offer arrives and you pay nothing. Post a regular delivery request instead and a driver will make the trip for you.

Sending something between cities?

Post it once. Drivers already making that trip will tell you what it costs to bring it along.
